🔑 Weekly Vehicle inspection is Essential?
Completing your Weekly Vehicle Checklist is an essential part of keeping both you and the fleet safe. These checks help us spot problems early
Why do you need to undertake this?
from tyre wear and fluid levels to bodywork damage and warning lights — before they become costly breakdowns or safety risks.
By submitting your report on time each week, you’re protecting yourself, your colleagues, and the company, while keeping our vehicles roadworthy and compliant.
It only takes a few minutes, but it makes a big difference in preventing accidents, avoiding downtime, and ensuring that every vehicle is ready for the work ahead.

Reporting any accident or incident quickly is vital for your safety and for keeping our fleet running smoothly
By letting us know what happened — even if the damage seems minor — we can take action straight away, whether that’s arranging repairs, contacting insurers, or supporting you with follow-up.
Prompt and accurate reports help protect you, reduce downtime, and ensure our vehicles remain safe and compliant for everyone. It only takes a few minutes to complete the form, but it makes a big difference in how quickly we can resolve the issue.
📸 Accident & Incident Reporting – Essentials
Be prepared and follow these steps.
Report immediately – use the QR code form or the link below as soon as it’s safe to do so.
Stay safe – move to a safe location and call emergency services if needed.
Do not admit liability – record details only.
Collect information – third-party names, vehicle registration, insurer details.
Take photos – damage, location, other vehicles, and documents if possible. Sketch a drawing to help
Witnesses – obtain a short witness statement if possible, or at least collect names and contact details of anyone who stopped at the scene.
Notify the Transport Manager – after submitting the form, follow up by phone if urgent.
Log every incident – even minor damage must be reported.

What you should do if you notice any mechanical fault with your vehicle.
If you notice any mechanical fault with your vehicle — such as unusual noises, warning lights, steering or brake issues, or anything that makes the vehicle feel unsafe — you must report it immediately using the Mechanical Issue Report Form (QR code provided in the vehicle) and below.
Do not wait until your weekly inspection. Even minor faults must be logged right away, as early reporting helps prevent breakdowns, costly repairs, and safety risks. Once submitted, the Transport Manager will review and arrange any required repairs.
